This is what I consider to be the essential tools that will aid you in becoming successful at Internet Marketing. You will find links to each.
They are easy to use tools with easy to understand directions on how to use each for maximum efficiency. Keep in mind that I am an affiliate marketer which means depending on the item listed below, it is possible I may make a commission from something you might purchase here.
If you are cool with that, then proceed, some people get weird about stuff like that so I thought best to tell you AND if you want to learn more about affiliate programs and affiliate marketing please contact me and I can explain it more. Think of it as set it and forget it income generating. What I can promise you is I have tried out each and every tool on this list and if I don’t like it or didn’t get results from it, it doesn’t make the list. Enjoy!

I am listing this first on my “Educational Tools” section because in my opinion it is by far the best informational system on how to EFFECTIVELY market yourself and your business. Period. You should always educate yourself with different books whether they are self help or motivational but this particular system is the foundation in which all other tools will be used effectively. If you don’t have the correct mindset in the internet marketing industry you will be swallowed whole. I also prefer to work with people that have already read this, then I know they are serious.
Building on a Budget – if you have a network marketing business, are looking for ways to market inexpensively, then this is a must!
The Copy Writer’s Guild – the hardest thing for people to master is the art of writing good ad copy. It doesn’t matter how GREAT your product or service is, if the way you promote it stinks, then so will your bottom line monthly sales figures. Well worth its weight in gold and an important piece of anyone’s business education portfolio.
Complete Marketing Systems
I was floored when I saw all the tools you could use for free here. They have all you need to get yourself up and running including auto responder, rotator link, banner ad design, conference center, lead generation and marketing system, and so on. There are upgrade options as well but you do get an awful lot at no cost.
Awesome Marketing System and if you are into Traffic Exchanges and are in a lot of them you are going to love this!
It organizes all your affiliate links where your prospects can join them while all you have to do is advertise the PMS system. The splash page you will be sent to is really the killer feature for sign ups here, the woman’s voice is dynamic and what she says is true, this is a system where you are building YOUR list NOT the programmers like MOST do. This is called a funded proposal where even if someone is not interested in your business you can earn income from them anyway. Definitely a great system!
URL shortener
Bit.ly
Free Link (URL) shortener and tracking device. Extremely important for several reasons, one, to safeguard your affiliate links, two, track your advertising efforts in the backoffice, see where hits are generated, live up to the minute tracking etc. I can’t believe this is still free!

Same features as Bitly listed above.
Website Builders & Blogging Sites
X SitePro
Professional Website Software with a BOAT load of simple to use programs for a professional looking webpage. Great for ANY business, does not have to be an internet business. Some of the many features include (and this one I thought was the best) UNLIMITED website production so you have more than one business you can have more than one website! Tons of graphics, templates, adtracking you name it, it’s got it. The site itself if you click on it is self explanatory.
Everyone has to start somewhere and for the not so computer savvy blogger blogger.com is a great place to get your feet wet. This I highly recommend for the novice blogger, you are able to add html, widgets etc just not as fancy as some of the other blogging sites. You WILL get good rankings on Google I know because I did all the time until I jumped into the world of Wordpress.
Wordpress (Wordpress.com) is a more advanced blogging system than blogger and is free like blogger but this is NOT to be confused with Wordpress.org.
If you want the plugins (plugins are additional widgets you can add to your site making it more functional and pleasing to work with as well as more eye catching to your audience) you will need to purchase your own domain name and host it yourself then hook it up to Wordpress.org. Everyone has their preference of hosting sites I just usually just purchase my domain names (URL) through GoDaddy then hosted Wordpress right from them. If you don’t want or care about plugins and just want an even more professional looking blog then Wordpress.com would be your answer. It’s free like blogger.com but you have more flexibility.
Video
Animoto
Create your own custom videos that you can upload to YouTube, download and burn High Definition to DVD, MP4 etc. Very professional and you can use their content or your own adding text, pics and video clips. Awesome!
Twitter Tools:
Tweetdeck – Organize your friends, followers, business partners, prospects with this handy free tool! Pop up indicator let’s you know when someone has tweeted right on your desktop this tool is the twitter bomb!
Tweetspinner – GREAT way to target your followers by you following targeted Tweeters via keywords. For instance, if you are in real estate, you could keyword follow “Mortgage Broker” “Realtor” “Investors” “Real Estate” and target your audience for potential clients as well as potential business partners. Follow people automatically 24/7 without doing it yourself manually. Excellent timesaver, Create tweets, DM’s you name it. It’s the ONLY tool I use for Twitter – don’t get sucked into Viral Twitter follow garbage, it’s how the owner of those programs build their own lists!
Email Auto Responders:
Listed below are four very commonly used auto responder services. They vary in price, not by much, and if you have a small or non-existent current list you may want to start with MailChimp for they are free up to approximately 2000 opt-in subscribers. Have a look at each to determine which is right for you.
